I have been creating pixel art for over 15 years. I started very basic and have developed my skills over the years. Programs like Photoshop allow you to produce clouds or a mountain with two clicks of the mouse, with pixel art every little square (pixel) has to be created one at a time. Its a basic look that really gives a old school, classic look to the art.
